Our client is a consultancy borne out of the UK who are also involved in Cost and Project Management in the Middle East. They have several projects in Abu Dhabi and are working with a government entity to manage an Emirati housing complex in the capital.

They are seeking a temporary Tenant Liaison Officer to be based on site to deal with queries from tenants, manage the maintenance cycle and organisation of maintenence teams. This is a 6 month role, and therefore requires someone who is immediately available to start work. You do not need prior TLO experience and this is not a technical role, but one which requires customer facing skills. As such you could be from a customer service background.

It is absolutely essential that you are an Arabic speaker, fluent in both spoken and written language. The salary for this position is set at AED10k per month all inclusive, and will last for a minimum of 6 months. Please do not apply if you are currently working in a role with a notice period, as this is a position which requires somebody to start immediately.
