ESTIMATION ENGINEER - Kawader Manpower Feb 4th 2013, 11:26 On behalf of our international client, one of the leading engineering and construction companies in the Oil & Gas, petrochemical, power and water sectors in the GCC, we require an Estimation Engineer to be based in their busy Qatar office. 5+ years of experience in Estimation/ Tendering in: - Experience in Oil and Gas Industry; - Understanding technical/ contractual requirement in the tender document; - Preparation of MTO according to scope of work and drawings; - Sending enquiries to suppliers/ vendors/ subcontractors; - Preparing tender clarifications; - Reviewing the Techno-Commercial offers; - Techno-Commercial negotiation with vendors/ suppliers; - Preparation of tender proposal to clients; - Preparation of responses to Bid Clarification from clients.
