Role
Act as the client's technical representative/advisor throughout the project lifecycle, for multiple projects simultaneously, to ensure the client's vision is achieved, while coordinating and overseeing activities and initiatives between the professional service providers involved.

Tasks / Responsibilities
- Provide technical design and development input across assets assigned to AMLAK to assist in determining the commercial viability and alignment.
- Represent the client at meetings with the designer/architects and ensure the client's vision is achieved during the design phase and identify potential project risks and establish communication protocols in consultation with the project team.
- Oversee technical project management of a multiple projects, analyzing capital and expense budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor project cost, schedule, scope, and quality to meet client requirements and escalate potential issues.
- Oversee activities and initiatives between professional service providers involved in all stages of project delivery, including planning, design, construction and closeout.
- Attend the pre-construction meeting, identify potential project risks and establish communication protocols in consultation with the project team.
- Review project briefs and feasibility studies from BD & Strategy and provide technical advise.
- Coordinate all asset handover procedures and ensure optimized asset handover and transition into one of AMLAK's subsidiaries.
- Provide direction as needed to design team on key decisions including change orders, non-conforming work, and scheduling issues, which may occur during the construction phase.
- Communicate and coordinate the perspective asset operator's needs throughout the entire project cycle.
- Review project briefs and feasibility studies from BD & Strategy and provide technical advise.
- Prepare ongoing project progress reports and feedback to the director of technical services on project status, issues and possible actions.
- Prepare periodic reports with respect to the projects' coordination and management activities and achievements to be submitted to the Strategy and Business Development Manager.
- Practice duties and roles in line with the authorities appointed as illustrated in the Delegation of Authority Manual, and perform any extra duties as assigned by the Technical Services Director.
