Role Summary/Purpose
You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team of Mubadala GE Capital (MGEC) and will provide strategic and operational Human Resource leadership to MGEC in META region and have responsibility for the implementation of organizational design and people strategies.
Essential Responsibilities
Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of the HR function including recruiting and staffing, organizational design, compensation and rewards and recognition Lead all integration efforts for the newly acquired business in the region. Lead the annual GE HR processes including Session C (annual talent review process), Salary planning and Training and Development. Assist and coach the business leader and senior staff with talent assessment, coaching, leadership skills development, career planning, employee relations, employee performance management, employee learning and engagement and organizational effectiveness. Act as an impartial advocate to ensure that all individuals receive fair and equitable treatment. Develop appropriate human resource plans in support of key business needs in a dynamic, changing environment and develop / implement appropriate change management plans as necessary. Develop, interpret and implement HR policies, practices and procedures. Create and deliver Employee Development programs and implement training initiatives Manage a team of HR professionals and provide appropriate appropriate guidance, support and accelerate their development to the next level.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.At least 12+ years of experience in a variety of Human Resource positions - both staff and client basedProven ability to execute on complex issues and drive results with all levels of the organization.Strong business acumen.Strong oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Strong coaching skills.Besides English, fluency in Arabic language is preferred.
