You will add value to Qatar Airways C&B philosophy by analyzing and evaluating existing compensation programs and making insightful recommendations keeping in view prevailing economic, industry and market trends.
In this role, you will formulate and develop C&B International key processes and procedures. You will also create and update salary structures and develop merit increase guidelines. You will coordinate international pay review process. You will also create and manage compensation dashboard to cater all reporting requirement of management. From the benefits side, you will identify trends and determine their impact within the organization as well as the industry and the market.
About You:
You will hold a Bachelor Degree preferably holding Compensation Professional certification. You will have a minimum of 5 years of job-related experience. Your analytical and problem solving skills are crucial to the role. Your ability to build positive and effective business partnerships is essential. You must have advanced level in MS Excel.
