Job Description
Need Planning Managers with experience in preparing and reviewing Master Schedules for High Rise projects. You will be in charge of providing in depth technical support to the Senior Management of the group with regard to Projects Planning, Monitoring & Controlling processes, and also provide risk assessment and value engineering for the projects. Heading a team of engineers, you would monitor development and execution progress at a Macro level and preempt claims from the Contractor. You will need to be well versed with Primavera and have hands on experience using the same.
The CV's must essentially contain the following details:

-Exact Months and Years in the work experience section ( eg Jan 00 to March 05).

-Expected Salary.
Skills
Applicants should possess excellent communication & inter-personal skills, leadership qualities, negotiation skills with the ability to multi-task. Prior experience with high-rise projects will be an added advantage.
