• To secure the quality and efficiency of the repairing and servicing for all vehicles of the company
• To maintain and service all vehicles in a way to achieve the demands of the operational sectors
• To use the resources of the maintenance ideally such as the workshops, spare parts so as to attain the best level of maintenance / servicing with less cost and in a way to raise the profitability of the company.
• To take part in raising the profits via the ideal use of the resources of maintenance / servicing
• To set up plans and strategies as well as communicating with the highest level so as to achieve the targets of the maintenance / servicing
• To reactivate the efficiency of the maintenance workshops
• To specify the goals and aims of the maintenance / servicing
• To audit the balance, find solutions to the main problems and setup the strategy that could achieve the goals and aims.
• To specify the priorities that would achieve the profitability via reducing the expenses
• To report to the Management any deficiencies and how to address the matter
• To make coordination with the purchases sections so as to specify the technical specifications of the new vehicles in a way to satisfy the demands of the operational sectors in terms of spare parts, maintenance and technical efficiency of the vehicles
• To analyze all statistics and reports related to the performance of maintenance and to the measures required for upgrading the performance and avoiding the deficiencies.
• To plan and upgrade the maintenance workshops matrix
• To create mechanism for training the maintenance staff with the aim to upgrade their performance and accordingly developing the fleet of vehicles
