Chief Financial Officer Feb 11th 2013, 13:58 Position Purpose: To optimally utilize and secure the sector reporting and budget procedures. To develop and support sector strategy and M&A activities. To secure banking. Key Accountabilities: • Financial Reporting Prepare regular monthly financial statements for the sector, in line with Group requirements, on time in order to show the company's financial position versus the plan. • Financial Planning Carry-Out the company financial planning through short and long term budgeting to optimize profits and budget control. • Banking Relations Secure and develop funding facility from banks and SIDF. Secure the exposure in foreign exchange. • Business Development Provide financial advice and support to management on evaluation of business investments. Support Sector CEO in strategy development and execution.
