About the Job:
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced MI Analyst to work from our HR Shared Service Centre based in Dubai Festival City.
Reporting to Lead - Management Information, the main responsibilities of your role will be as follows:
* Ensure that all Management Information requests are addressed in line with department SLAs and for supporting enhancement of HR MI Capability in line with business expansion/complexity
* Perform standard periodic checks and escalate any data capture quality issues
* Follow up on MI Enhancements with EIT and ensure delivery as per agreed timelines
* Perform UAT on all MI Enhancements
* Aid in up-skilling of HR Business Partners
* Ensure timely update of inputs for Group Metrics
* Support additional projects as assigned by MI Lead
