Network & Hardware:
1.Terminate the UTP cables in RJ 45 connectors or in the Modules regarding to the standards and punch the cables in patch panel.
2. Test the connectivity of the UTP and fiber cables and fix the issues.
3. Install the Routers in cabinets and connect them to the CoreSwitch in (DataCenter).
4. Install the Servers in Datacenter's cabinets.
5. Upgrade the Servers Hardware ex.(Append HDDs to the HDDs Array, Add RAMs, ...)
System Administration:
1. Install the Windows Server 2003, 2008 or 2012 on servers and make the required configurations.
2. Configure the virtual Windows Server.
3.Create and Manage the Active directory.
4. Create a secondary Active directory, and configure it as a backup if the main active directory down.
5. Create the required Group policies and create the users.
6. Apply the required permissions on the groups and Users to use the shared folders.
7. Configure and manage ISA Server and apply the required polices on users.
8. Configure and manage the EXCHANGE Server.
9. Install and manage the Anti Virus one Server and clients as well.
Apply the Safety procedures of the Datacenter:
1. Fill the daily and weekly Check list.
2. Observing the Data center's devices and check the performance.
3. Take care and monitoring the AIR Conditions and the Datacenter Temperature .
4. Report to the responsible Department or the provider's Customer care if any Hardware failure raised up .
5. Manage and monitor the FM200 fire fighting system.
6. Monitor the UPS if has issues.
7. Keep the Datacenter clean.
Internet:
1. Monitoring the internet bandwidth and report to the ISP if any down or issue happened.
2. Create an Internet access for visitors by using the Cisco Wireless system.
Cisco:
1. Make the required configuration of the CISCO routers and switches if required.
2. Manage and configure the IP Telephony on the Cisco Call Manager.
3. Manage and configure the Voice mails by the Cisco Voice mail system.
4. Manage and configure the Wireless Access points on the Wireless Cisco System.
5. Renew the Smartnet for the Cisco devices.
6. Report to Cisco if any Cisco Devices down.
Backup & Tape Drive:
1. Take a monthly backup for the Cisco Call manager.
2. Take the required backup of the Cisco routers' configurations.
3.Schedule daily, weekly, monthly backup of the active directory.
4. Schedule the backup (Daily, weekly, Monthly and Yearly) for the Dump Data.
Preventions
Apply a weekly, monthly preventive plan to check all backbone Hardware.
