Our client, a global investment company is currently seeking to recruit an Network IT Support EngineerJob Description Provide on-site off-site technical support to the regional office executives and staffs. Provide first level user end support (remote) to CIS countries such as Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan. Ensure reliability, continuity and availability of the network (LAN), Hardware and Software configurations and application systems. Maintain and manage softwarehardware inventory documents. Ensure that server room is kept all up-to-date to ensure high availability. Handles PCLaptopServer, security (Microsoft, Anti-virus, etc.) patch management. Handles PCLaptopServerPrinter IP Phone and Blackberry related services and support. Vendor management and relationship. Maintain and manage all the server related issues including new implementation and installation. Perform daily backup and services related to tape library and Legato Networker software. Application support for all FandA related applications hosted in US such as Adaytum, Cognos, FDC, etc. Manage and support Safeboot accounts and related issues. Provide Video conference related services and support across the region. Manage and support access control system in the server room. Perform event log monitoring, daily backup and regular restore process for all the DIFC servers.
