JOB PURPOSE:
1.Manage Affluent Support staff
2.Insure services are provided to customers in adequate time
3.Management of different data sources and produce daily, weekly and monthly report to help product, sales and segment managers in effective and timely decision making.
4.Extracting insights from the existing customer base which can be leveraged by unit managers to define commercial actions including pricing, change in risk parameters, channel strategies etc.
5.Managing evidence codes and controlling the assigning of reasoning code.
6.Managing and controlling Upgrade and downgrade processes.
. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Enhancement to the unite Process and Automate them with automating the reports
2.Manage manpower
3.Control and apply proper services for the claints
4.Segment Codes Custodian. Perform and monitor / verify the segment codes changes.
5.Project Control
Generate and develop reports.
- Run &analyze reports to measure the department performance for the various operation activates.
- Handle (RFC) for department projects.

7.Manage and control the unit processes for codes changes, upgrade and downgrade of CICs.
8.Manage Department IT workspace; share files
