PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP Global Customer Organization & Presales Deal Support Services is a global shared services organization that helps pre-sales organization in regions by preparing Proposal Documents for each customer engagement.
As a seasoned and experienced presales consultant, you will work with Presales team, help conduct an extensive needs assessment and professionally present the recommended solution.

With your in-depth functional knowledge of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) products and your excellent presentation skills, you will be responsible for the more technical aspects of sale. You will be responsible to position SAP HCM application based on the customer requirements specified at the proposal stage. You will have an understanding on how these products position against its competitors and in turn, pitch the solution in a most relevant manner. You will have knowledge of external technologies that are surrounding HCM product so
as to propose a best-fit solution for a prospect based on their environment. Knowledge in various country Payrolls will be an added benefit.

You will keep yourself up-to-date with the HCM suite. In turn, you will be able to educate the team through product and competitive training sessions internally.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Provide high quality responses to the functional HCM sections of the RFx submitted within defined timelines.
* Have a good understanding of HCM modules and should be able to suggest configuration/ customization and/or work around based on customer requirement.
* Ability to acquire deep SAP knowledge. Must understand how business applications are aligned with technical architecture of SAP platform.
* Strong desire to work in a sales organization to provide sales support to Presales as a product expert.
* Provide Presales with ongoing support in the fulfillment of RFI s and RFP's.
* Possess strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self motivation, positive attitude, and works to solve problems
* Should possess excellent writing and communication skills with a good selling edge. Must understand complex material and should be able to explain functional or business concepts clearly, concisely and logically.

WORK EXPERIENCE
* 4 to 6 years of working experience.
* Minimum 2 years of experience required in the field of business application software sales.
* Specific expertise preferably in one or many of the following areas:
SAP Personnel Management (PA)
SAP Time Management
SAP Organizational Management
SAP Payroll (Multiple Country Versions)
SAP Talent Management (Basic knowledge in all Sub-Modules)
SAP Success Factors
