Production Manager - Tabuk Pharmaceuticals MFG. Co Feb 19th 2013, 07:35 • Planning, organizing and controlling the production and ensure that goods are produced efficiently, within the allotted budget and time. • Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule. • Ensuring the production is cost effective. • Making sure that products are produced on time and meeting the standard norms. • Working out the human and material resources needed. • Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed. • Monitoring EMS & QMS of Aseptic facility. • Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed. • Supervising and motivating the subordinates. • Reviewing and monitoring staff performance. • Identifying training needs. • Liaison with marketing and sales staff.
