Our client, is a leading international technology provider is currently seeking to recruit Sales Administrator. You will be directly reporting to the Head of Order Management Role Description The Sales Administrator is responsible for the sales order process life cycle from order entry, contract signature, delivery of projects and bids tenders until close-out phase according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes managing resources, coordinating the efforts of team members, managing suppliers and negotiating financial terms.Key Responsibilities Handles projects from order entry, invoicing and financing until projects close-out phase, including administrative support to project management team Prepares for pricing spread sheets, pre- post-calculations and reporting and other project financials including forecasts and planning Organizes and executes the credit limits and payment security documentation as per international trade procedures (i.e. Documentary Credits, guarantees and bonds, invoicing, accounts receivables) Obtains suppliers' orders as per defined project scope and deliverables Works closely with transportation companies and follows-up international deliveries as per customs requirements and within commercial lead-time efficiency Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stake holders through periodical reports and presentations Acts with business acumen in front of customers to represent the company in a positive Manner Provide commercial expertise on contract interpretation claims Creates, executes and maintains competitive and organized files, statistics, database, tenders, etc. Handles all administrative aspects related to order processing prepares ad-hoc and weekly monthly reports in close cooperation with other functions
