1. Open e-mail and postal mail, answer routine questions, determine level of priority, and direct items to appropriate staff and / or Manager.
2. Answer phone for Executive Manager and answer all routine questions.
3. Organize and prioritize large volume of information and calls.
4. Set up and maintain files, records and databases as required.
5. Assist Manager in the management of his schedule.
6. Perform complex and confidential secretarial functions including developing written correspondence.
7. Compose reports, forms and other materials.
8. Schedule and organize activities such as meetings, travel, and organization activities.
9. Prepare agendas, notices, minutes and resolutions for top management.
10. Handle confidential and non-routine information.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned.
