Area Sales Manager - Folli Follie - Damas International Limited Feb 27th 2013, 13:59 The job objective is to develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with the company's annual business plans and objective. develop and ensure implementation of sales plan for maximum brand penetration and profitability, create, develope and manage a motivated sales team Responsibilities: 1. Sales - Forecasting, monitoring, achievement 2. Assess existing store locations, considering statistics and expenditure for expansion and consolidation 3. to inspect and ensure that display and back-up stock are perfectly attractive and presentable 4. manage all Folli Follie sales outlets with a team of Asst. Sales Manager and Area Sales to ensure conformmity of all aspects of Display, staff performance and conformity to all laid out standards and procedures 5. to continuously motivate all sales personnel 6. Ensure proper stock levels are maintained and died stock depleted. keeping the set STOR as the benchmark 7. To ensure that Shop Manager and all Shop staff are aware of Gold and Diamond product targets and the daily and cumulative MTD achievement along with excess/shortfall 8. To ensure that Shop Managers monitor average daily discount and cumulative percentage to measure variance as per the incentive agreement 9. Staff planning, product planning, co-ordinating interior work. operational activities, etc. for new outlets 10.
