Senior Maintenance Engineer - Nestlé NEAR Feb 24th 2013, 14:15 -Plan, Organize and lead the repairs of all kind of breakdowns and machine repairs -Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of the boiler room operation, water production for the factory, air compressor operation, wwtp operation and factory sewage system through effective regular & preventive maintenance\ - Monitor and review daily operations data sheet and checklist to ensure all targets are achieved in the generation of steam, water production operation and ensures that parameters are according to established operating guidelines and procedures. - Support all management programs in Continuous Improvement and, regular audits. And performing preventive maintenance tasks as per description sheet. - Performing troubleshooting and breakdown repairs to boilers, air comp., Water pumps and wwtp equipment. - Ensure that all safety devices for boilers,air comp.and wwtp equip.are in place and operate.
