Senior Mechanical and HVAC Engineer - Islamic Development Bank Feb 2nd 2013, 08:05  Execute mechanical engineering operations strategy, policies, procedures, and processes  Develop a program to monitor mechanical systems (Building Automation, Air Conditioning Fire Protection, Irrigation Systems) and workshops (Vehicle Maintenance)  Apply mechanical engineering principles and technologies to plan, design and upgrade mechanical engineering frameworks based on organizational needs  Establish mechanical engineering specifications for all group offices, housing compounds and any other IDB properties  Identify emerging technologies and trends to manage the mechanical engineering assets  Monitor the daily activities of mechanical systems ensuring functionality  Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of mechanical systems and applications  Supervise mechanical engineering projects of the facilities and manage them within allocated budgets and timeframes  Provide technical support in the areas of planning, designing, and contracting  Oversee compliance and adherence to engineering plans  Provide assistance to Business Units as required  Assist the Division Manager in developing policies and procedures by providing inputs specific to the mechanical engineering area  Implement policies, procedures and standards in areas relating to mechanical engineering  Establish targets for the team and contribute to the development of overall division objectives  Prepare periodic progress / status update reports on mechanical engineering  Provide direction and delegate tasks to junior team members  Act as a mentor and provide coaching to junior team members  Generate commitment, motivation and enthusiasm for ASD and IDB Job Details Date Posted: 2013-02-02 Job Location: Jeddah , Saudi Arabia Job Role: Engineering Company Industry: Banking Preferred Candidate Career Level: Mid Career Gender: Male Degree: Bachelor's degree / higher diploma Apply Now - Jobs in Saudi Arabia - Search All Jobs
