Sr. Accountants, Accountants & Cheif Accountant - Qatar National Import & Export Co. Feb 18th 2013, 05:34  Plans, organizes and implements accounting operations and objectives, coordinates and integrates all activities toward achievement of established goals and objectives  Review & Analyze cost of goods sold (COGS) and make necessary adjustments to maintain the level inventory  Review bank reconciliation on monthly bases  Closely works with the internal and external auditors and takes into consideration their corrective procedures and recommendations.  Prepares the financial reports as required by the Finance Manager.  Supervises and follows up payments and closing of L/Gs & LCs.  Answers all Inquiries related to financial aspects received from the Head of finance and departments heads.  Monthly Analysis for all B.S, Cash Flow and P&L accounts by cost centers report and analytically reviewing accounts, and reporting to finance manager.  Review all AP & AR Transactions, aging report & trial balance  Monitor accruals/reversals and other general ledger activities.  Manage & Controlling non - current assets items  Manage & Controlling depreciation & amortization  Prepare, record and advise on journal entries and make necessary adjustments  Record the Debit and Credit Notes & Perform account reconciliations and confirmations on monthly basis for the Inter-company accounts.  Preparing and Recording the payroll transaction on Monthly Basis.  Comparing Between The Actual Vs. Plan and Rolling Forecast. Make analysis for B.S by Ratios.  Reporting to the Financial Manager.  Supervises the preparation of the revenue, expenses, payroll entries invoices and other documents and management of company cash flow  Provide training for Senior and Junior Accountants under my supervision.  Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.  Supervises the preparation of the end of year accounts and business results and ensures that variances are identified and analyzed.
