Major Purpose of the Role:-
To manage the consistent implementation of human resources strategies, policies and procedures across as well as all activities related to the personnel and employee relations affairs in order to minimize problematic scenarios and enhance working conditions in the business unit.
Key Responsibilities:-
•Provide professional advice and support to employees on HR issues
•Manages, executes, and controls of HR administration activities such as work application process and benefits administration
•Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions
•Generate regular and special reports to the line manager that summarize and forecast activities and escalate critical issues to provide effective recommendations in meeting the key challenges
•Ensures the identification of learning needs is conducted by line managers and oversees the design, development and execution of learning programs to enhance employee skills which meets the current and long terms business requirements
•Assist in the process of organization development, manpower and training plans at the BU level to enhance and insure employees motivation, engagement and loyalty to the company
•Coordinate with IT department, HR Manager and map the framework and business processes, review and gain agreement for HRIS procedures, which will steer and guide HR department administration
•Provide a source of expertise to senior management in order to introduce new ideas and concepts to the BU
