Job Title: Technical Specialist Stimulation PRP-MER
Overview:
The primary mission of the MER Stimulation Technical Specialist is to identify and capture revenue-generating opportunities for MER Stimulation Services. In his role he will work closely with the Geomarkets sales Managers in focusing activities/technologies and coordinating NT Introductions with business line managers and Field managers in MER.
The TS role is not a purely technical function; it is expected to contribute to the overall growth of the Stimulation business in the geomarket. In addition, this role will be responsible for the ongoing relationships with key clients and will be jointly accountable for customer satisfaction with location manager at the client level.
Specific duties and responsibilities:
Ø Promote new technology product to maintain the competitive edge
Ø New business development initiatives
Ø Facilitation of meeting and workshops internally and externally
Ø Ongoing client relationship management
Ø Technical Issues/dispute resolution with clients
Ø Client Expectation Management
Ø Management of new technology proposal process
Ø Coordination of Geomarkets and outside resources (Product Centers/HQ) to resolve technical matters
Critical Success factors:
Ø Achievement of business line revenue targets
Ø Contribution to the knowledge management hub and publishing technical papers
Ø Ability to focus on tactical objectives, which contribute to the achievement of revenue and NT strategy.
Ø Ability to serve the clients in the role of an expert in his domain
Ø Communication with key client, internal and external technical support teams.
Ø Knowledge of BHI services which can benefit the business line and the client.
Ø Active participation in the development and coaching of the new recruited field engineers and act as a mentor.
Reports:
Ø To consolidate reporting of competitors Stimulation activities using TAM
Ø To track all client specific opportunities/meetings in E-CRM and the follow up where applicable
Ø To provide once a year a consolidated input to R&D.
Communications
Ø Regular Quarterly well site visits with associated audit to cover Stimulation services
Ø Coordinate between Geomarkets the latest development and update the competition Knowledge across the MER.
Promotion And Image
Ø Active participation in at least one technical forum group in each Geomarket within MER.
Ø To provide a series of client released coauthored, case studies/papers.
