Responsible for the set up and management of our branch in Dubai, the UAE Country Manager needs to have knowledge and experience in Telecom and must have the capacity to grow business by effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing and decision making to attain desirable profit making results.
• Set up a new office in Dubai while establishing policies ensuring compliance with the Group's and country's policies, standards and regulations
• Sustaining and increasing all core business opportunities and penetration to achieve vertical growth and increased market share.
• Exploring new potential revenue opportunities to develop new products and services contributing to the overall horizontal growth of the company.
• Handling and / or managing the sales process while setting targets and defining strategy to achieve these targets
• Managing and capitalizing on key partners& monitoring customer satisfaction
• Providing detailed reports & charts of partner's performance every month
• Analyzing competitor processes in marketing, pricing and delivery
• Producing business performance reports, which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis
• Restructuring and development of the team to meet market demand, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training
• Ensuring business and personnel practices are within the law and consistent with labor policies and procedures
• Meeting bottom line financial targets for business while managing both revenue and cost elements of the company's income statement.
• Maintaining a constant communication stream with the company's Sales, Finance and HR management as well as Engineering Units based in Beirut
