The Role:
Supports the GM to achieve all restaurant goals and objectives. Responsible for the supervision of management, staff and overall restaurant operations by ensuring that all shifts are executed in a smooth manner consistent with CFI policies and procedures. Acts as a GM in his absence.
* To take charge of staff development and ensure high levels of service
* Manage store operations in coordination with the Restaurant Manager
* To be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety
* Make sure that company policies and procedures are upheld
* Help ensure store targets are met
