Back-up Rig Superintendent /OIM - Human Capital Group Qatar Mar 23rd 2013, 06:48 In the oil and gas drilling industry it is the same title as OIM; Position is part of the back-up crew. It will give support to any onshore and offshore rig that needs assistance whether cyber base or conventional rig. Candidate will not have a permanent rig assignment but will rotate to all the rigs.
