Role Summary/Purpose
Own the product expertise on Computed Tomography in the territory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (hre after the "Territory") Deliver Operating Plan: orders, sales, CM, CM%, market share, and related metrics by territory, product segment and customer group. Maximize customer satisfaction in CT modality in the Territory. Work closely with Account Managers in order to optimize modality business targets.
Essential Responsibilities
Interface with Modality Manager to whom the position reports. Gather and deliver all relevant market and competitive information. Provide and coordinate product technical sales support necessary to win orders, close the sale and transfer of the products. Coordinate and support all after sales activity in cooperation with OTR, Clinical Education Specialists, and Service. Typically 3-5 years direct work experience. - Compiling lists of prospective customers and sales leads. Follow up as necessary - Working with Account Manager and Sales leaders to define and implement the modality sales strategy. - Selling and maximize the value of each project, including accessories and services. Co-responsibility with Account Managers for order entry process using the process. - Providing technical & clinical expertise on CT products. - Delivering training to all sales team members on strategy and product offerings - Owning pricing strategy and insure pricing compliance for segment opportunities - Providing market and competitive quantitative information to Modality Manger to enable timely tracking of market size, market share and installed base / socket retention. - Owning accurate business forecast using information tools available. - Communicating effectively with mem
