• Assist in the facilitation of team and vendor meetings.
• Deliver informative, well-organized presentations.
• Possess understanding in the areas of database and system design.
• Ensure Vendor Clarity on the points raised during the Design, implementation and UAT.
• Ensure that the system/process users' interests are known and communicated to the project manager
• Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

• Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents as well as getting the sign-off from the appropriate client.
