We, at Bayt.com, have an immediate need for a Marketing Coordinator within the Marketing department who is self-driven and loves to achieve! Main Job Role: • Liaise cross functionally on a daily basis to collect, assimilate and analyze marketing activities across all markets and all offices. Report these findings in a timely and accurate fashion to management • Create new systems that will allow for the tracking and analyzing of marketing activities in a timely and accurate fashion • Manage the day to day running of barter associations, planning, executing and reporting in a timely manner • Research, assist and monitor product launches to ensure sales objectives are met • Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in the day to day liaison with the PR agency to ensure monthly deliverables are met • Manage execution of internal and external collateral material, working with suppliers to deliver quality and cost efficient material throughout the year (i.e. negotiate rates, approvals on LPO's etc.) • Assist in the implementation of marketing plans designed to increase overall growth of job seeker registrations and completed CVs through acquisition, retention, and registration to completed CV conversion programs. Includes development of weekly reporting and analysis of user traffic to the site • Responsible for all marketing mailer dispatches such as Executive Career Newsletter, CV services etc • Carry out other tasks as requested by the management.
