Organizational Development Supervisor ( Saudi Female ) - Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors Mar 26th 2013, 08:27 Assists in the development and implementation of the Human Resources policies, processes, and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled. Supervises the day-to-day operations of Organizational Development section to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established standards and procedures Manages quality and operational excellence projects impacting HR operations to ensure alignment between HR and Organization strategy Analyzes jobs and work understanding developing JDs to ensure appropriate roles are available to deliver the organizational objectives Oversees the application of an appropriate job evaluation system to determine the relative worth of jobs and assign a suitable job grade for every position to establish internal equity Directs the development and implementation of an effective performance management system in order to assess performance evaluation of employees in a fair and objective manner Establishes the implementation of appropriate processes for identifying key performance indicators to ensure clarity of contributions expected of individuals and determine links between performance and reward Develops and implements leadership intervention and development projects to ensure constant development of senior leadership teams to achieve optimum work climate and outputs. Identifies potential successors to mission-critical jobs and implements appropriate development plans to ensure availability of necessary individuals for internal replacement and succession. Develops and manages employee engagement/satisfaction surveys to help the organization address various issues that impact engagement and satisfaction.
