Manage and develop the assigned sales team in order to maintain and grow profitable revenue from customers serviced via the sales business unit. Furthermore lead and develop the assigned territory manager and sales team in order to enable them to achieve the set revenue targets while meeting key customer needs.
Set and achieve sales targets and meet or exceed budget.
Manage with National Sales Manager the cost of sales for the customers allocated to the sales territory within budget.
Monitor business performance of his own and assigned field sales team to ensure effective and efficient management of the sales resources.
