Senior IT Business Analyst, Oracle SCM Functional, prepare and keep updated the SCM platform by implementing all business flows/Processes and doing all required setups and configurations
The job holder is accountable for maintaining and updating business processes related to HR & Payroll on Oracle platform to ensure that the business runs smoothly and in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Conducts business process analysis, defines requirements and designs solution related to Oracle SCM by using Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM)
• Implements new or modified business processes which are statutorily compliant on Oracle platform and prepares and maintains all documentation.
• Takes full responsibility of enhancements, rollouts and day to day support for Oracle applications viz. Inventory, Purchasing, Sourcing, Service Procurement, Procurement Contracts and advanced Modules as iSupplier, iProcurement.
• Prepares test scripts covering different scenarios and conducts functional testing for SCM modules.
• Assists business user during CRP's/UAT's.
• Handles user training/CRP sessions independently
