Alcon is currently seeking a Surgical Account Manager to be based in southern area reporting to the District Manager. We are looking for a highly motivated and professional team player with minimum 2 years of professional experience in the Sales.
Major Purpose:
Sales of Surgical range (Intra Ocular Lenses (IOLs) implanted post Cataract operations, Advanced Technology Intra Ocular Lenses (ATIOLs), Viscoelastics, Cataract paks, development of potential customers and the acquisition of new customers.
Deliver the company strategy for the complete surgical product range in the Operation Theater (OT) as well as in the clinics with ophthalmologists & the rest of the OT staff & professionals.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
1.Full accountability of territory (sales, distribution, active customers, market share)
2.Responsible for delivering sales targets according to set budget.
3.Delivering and implementing company strategy.
4.Support marketing in delivering programmes.
5.Customer development and care through implementation of tailored support and activities.
6.Launch of new products.
7.Training of staff in Operation Theatre on our Surgical & Vitroretinal product range
