TA Focal Point with C&P for Delivery of Contracting strategy.
Lead preparation of bid scope documents for engineered equipment and service contracts.
Coordinate input from the technical disciplines.
Assist in assembling acceptable bidders with procurement and technical disciplines.
Input into the procurement strategy.
Participate in technical bid conditioning and tabulation for engineered equipment.
Provide and coordinate engineering support for Turnaround Planning including.
Constructability issues.
Problem solving.
Evaluation of options.
Cost effectiveness.
Prepare Facility Sighting / Real Estate Plan for assigned turnaround events.
Coordinate input from the multi discipline needs (Pressure Equipment, Rotating Equipment, Electrical, etc.).
Assist in assembling acceptable bidders with procurement.
Assess Facility needs for Lunch and Breaks.
Coordination and location of Blast Resistant Modules, Connex’s, Tools Rooms, Permit Shacks, Lunch Tents, etc.
Coordination of Building Occupancy for contract field supervision personnel.
Coordination of computers, phones, radios and other IT equipment and support.
Develop and coordinate temporary cabling installation to support I&E needs.
Review and gain approval with Site Facilities Siting Coordinator for plan developed.
Secure Laydown Area siting.
Equipment Cleaning Area siting.
Large Equipment and Materials delivery to site / laydown.
Frac Tank and Waste Bin location siting/
Coordinate Execution of above plans.
Prepare Personnel Transportation Plan.
Coordinate input for Transportation needs for contract personnel to and from security gates.
Assist in procurement of resources and equipment for transportation.
Assist with development and coordination of transportation schedule.
Develop and Coordinate Parking Plan.
Gate Entry Coordination.
Gate Access Requirements.
Personnel Entry Requirements, ie, security badge, orientation requirements, etc.
Ensure flange up with requirements of contractor daily Force Report (cost department input).
Road Closure Coordination and traffic control.
Coordination with Security Department.
Prepare / develop cost estimates on all of the above for input into the FID IP estimate.
