1. To keep all Employees files up to date with CVs, copies of certificates and passport, and other documents as instructed by HR Manager, and submit reports on gaps in filing system to HR Manager as requested.
2. To keep all Employees files up to date with observation reports and other documents as instructed by Manager, and submit reports on gaps in filing system to Manager as requested.
1.Assists Management/ HR Manager in the recruitment process.
2.Maintains employee personal files & update them
3.Update employees' records on daily basis for payroll purposes.
4.Update the employee leave details & attendance.
5.Prepare the daily attendance report.
6.Archives pertinent HR records.
8.Prepare the relevant reports when required by the management.
9.Co ordinate with the receptionist for attendance.
10.Maintain Annual Leave schedule of all the employees.
11.Takes in-charge of HR Department in the absence of HR Manager.
12.Coordinate with the IT department on any issues relating to e-mails, time and attendance system
13. Follow up with the Insurance Company with all employee related issue... (e.g. medical claims, additions and deletions...etc).
