Key Function:
To manage and coordinate retail touch-points build and revamp, events branding and activation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage the retail expansion and revamp project by co-ordinating with designers to produce suitable showroom or kiosk designs. Solicit quotes from various contractors and award jobs in line with set company criteria. Manage complete project within budget and according to the brand guidelines.
• Co-ordinate with sales team to ensure supply of all BTL materials to all sales locations.
• Checking the appearance of sales points and determine pre-launch promotional requirements.
• Manage participation of OSN in various trade and consumer events. This includes contracting space and stand build, management of stand and staff to ensure that the event participation objectives are met
• Manage OSN's participation in various events by ensuring that OSN's branding is prominently displayed. Maintain optimum quantity of OSN branding items and deploy those in various events.
• Maintain an inventory list of all branding items and replenish as and when required.
• Come up with creative ideas to maximize OSN exposure at various events as well as conceptualize to engage potential customers thru on-ground activations.
• Provide marketing support to the UAE sales team and co-ordinate their requirements with the various departments within marketing team.
