About Your Job:
The Process Development Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the systems in-used within Revenue Accounting. You will provide technical and domain expertise to the stakeholders within and outside the Department. You will provide subject matter expertise in assessment, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of new system or process initiatives.
You will initiate the formulation of new ideas to facilitate timely, accurate and complete processing and accounting of data in line with overall objective of the department. You will take necessary actions for implementation of the approved system changes and will take the lead for successful transfer of new, modified or enhanced system managed by the unit into line organisation. You will lead in understanding and resolving possible issues that might be encountered during systems and process implementation and you will work with with sales organisation continuously, analyse market trends and customer feedback in order to recommend product enhancements.
About You:
To be successful in this role you need to have Commerce Graduation qualifications with sound exposure to Revenue Accounting systems and processes. You will have a minimum of 7 years job-related experience and exposure to project management from airline point of view in system implementation, process and product development. It is essential to have 6 sigma green belt qualification to have good understanding of system and process implementation. We need you to have pro-active attitude with good organizational skills and ability to work within stringent timelines. Ability to precisely and comprehensively describe complex situations into simple streamlined information. Knowledge of Cargo Business processes and operations is essential.
