Job Purpose
The coordinator provides Project Management administrative and coordination support to all organization's teams throughout all phases of the projects. The coordinator is responsible for the coordination and organization of activities relative to each Project Management process area—Integration, Scope, Cost, Time, Risk, Communication, Quality, Resource, and Procurement.
The coordinator ensures a consistent application of all Project Management and delivery methodology processes, tools, and documentation. . The project coordinator supports and works with all parties that are involved to ensure the overall success of the project.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all parties are involved in the project.
•Coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports.
•Follow up with stakeholders to assure projects deliverables are achieved on time.
•Maintain Project Management calendars.
•Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and tables.
•Ensure adherence to deadlines.
•File all project documents (hard and soft copies).
•Responsible to track project changes and produces updated schedule as agreed with all parties are involved.
•Assist in implementing consistent processes across the projects and ensure the execution of projects is in accordance with the established processes.
