The sales supervisor is responsible for organizing, controlling and leading the sales team to achieve the required distribution in 100% of outlets and reaching 100% of targets. He strongly supports the implementation of all marketing plans.
• Ensures that his team performs as per company's policy.
• Fully responsible for the products distribution, visibility & the outlet profitability as per the company policy.
• Monitors, coaches, and motivates on continuous basis all sales salesmen reporting to him, to ensure a continued improvement in performance and maintain good moral.
• Maintain effective communication with the Sales Manager on all information pertaining to his dept.
• Assess his staff and their performance as well as assess competitor's activities and trends in the market place and how the company is coping with them
• Have worked in the down trade previously (cash van business).
• Maintaining good relationship with all customers.
