Business Unit Manager-Green Community - Green Kingdom Industries Co. Ltd. Apr 20th 2013, 07:35 The Manager of Green Community is responsible to drive the recycling awareness in KSA, by developing and implementing strategies and pursuing alliances with government officials, enterprises & Institutes (municipalities, corporates, schools, entertainments centers …etc.) by setting collection points. The manager is responsible to achieve monthly/annual targets of the collected raw material (Post consumer Recyclable Material). Key Responsibilities: •Develop & implement strategies to drive the recycling awareness and to assure the collection of post-consumer plastic target is achieved. •Develop & implement strategies with the JV partner and select programs that best suit local needs. •Develop and Implement PR and communication strategy to promote the company objectives. •Develop and implement policies, procedures to assure the company is implementing best practices. •Communicate with Sustainable Green Solutions to develop plans and targets. •Communicate with government officials to set collection points. Communicate with Enterprises & Institutes corporates, schools, and entertainment centers…etc. to set collection points. •Work closely with waste management & waste collection companies to purse alliance to increase collection volume. •Work closely with Bins suppliers and RVM (Reverse Vending Machines) to assure collection points has the proper tools. •Work closely with the head of the Sorting Facility (Customer) to achieve collection target. •Work closely with NGOs to conduct recycling trainings to excel the recycling awareness. •Research previous investigations and implement best practices to excel the recycling awareness. •Participate in environmental education and research and conduct field surveys to establish solid database.
