ABOUT THIS JOB
This is Field Specialist for the Drilling Systems product line.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Under minimal supervision provides resolution to a diverse scope andrange of complex problems at the well site where analysis of datarequires having a broad knowledge of the product line's tool(s)) and/orservice. Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives havebeen met by the Field Supervisor. Acts as a project leader and mentorsjunior field engineers. Expected to maintain frequent intra-organizational and external customer contacts with a high degree ofprofessionalism. Executes other related duties as assigned. Conductsall business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Two year Technical Degree preferred with a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Develop and demonstrate proficiency in the skill profile required forthe delivery of assigned advanced Logging while Drilling services at thewell site. Successfully complete advanced technical training andassigned well site development Programs. Strong communication & inter-personal skills and demonstrate excellent customer awareness. Abilityto relate to well site personnel at all levels and work within a teamenvironment.
