ABOUT THIS JOB
This is a Field Supervisor position for the Drilling Systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Under broad direction provides direct instruction and supervision toother Field Engineers on day-to-day well site work and activities. Provides advice and direction to external customer and third-party wellsite colleagues as appropriate. Provides resolution to a diverse scopeand range of complex problems at the well site where analysis of datarequires having a broad knowledge of the product line's) tool(s)) and/orservice. Work is evaluated upon completion by local OperationsManagement and the external Customer to ensure objectives have been met.Acts as a project leader and mentors junior field engineers. Executesother related duties as assigned. Conducts all business activities inaccordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirementsand Baker Hughes Core Values.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Two year Technical college degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Thorough mechanical and application proficiency in one or more productlines. May be competent in medium to high risk applications in otherproduct groups. Ability to work well and communicate well with others.
