Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for preparation of annual financial statements and monthly financial reports and other Management Information in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with the Company's Management requirements.
2. Responsible for financial forecasting, the planning and analysis process and identification and resolution of potential financial risk areas in timely manner, including the preparation and update of the annual budget, which will include the incorporation of strategic initiatives as advised from time to time by Management.
3. Responsible for undertaking regular reviews of and providing business support to the CEO, the Audit Committee and the Executive Management Team including the analysis of financial and operational information and for making recommendations for improvement.
4. Implementation and documentation of appropriate financial and internal controls to ensure compliance with Company's Policies and Procedures.
5. Responsible for leading the Finance department team and guiding them to ensure the daily operation and the financial close process, including the pre-close and post-close preparation and review of balance sheet accounts reconciliations are completed.
6. Responsible for liaising with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure timely reporting and compliance with statutory requirements and best practice.
7. Development of the Finance team.
