Description and Key Requirements:
Wysada.com is looking for an Online & Digital Marketing Specialist.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the mentioned bellow:
Work with Regional Marketing Manager in planning, management and execution of multiple online marketing campaigns to drive various key performance targets such as (traffic, leads, and sales)
Candidate has to be self managed, motivated, with a strong analytic background. The detail and digital oriented individual has to have passions and interest in social media channels along with search engine marketing to be compatible for the high level online businesses Wysada.com operates in.
To aid and assist in planning and managing significant portions of online marketing activities capitalizing on paid, and non paid search. With aggressive goals for growth.
Assist in developing and delivering dynamic marketing quarterly and yearly strategies within the marketing team to reach the key goals.
To execute all day to day online marketing / advertising campaign on the various marketing channels example (Facebook, Google).
Strong knowledge in Google adwords (keysearch, and image advertising).
Knowledge on all the ad banner specifications sizes, weight, formats used to brief creative team.
Assist in building profitable web marketing programs. Design and test ads for new and existing acquisition (cost per lead) campaigns.
Work with the local talented creative team and web designers to create highly effective creative and high-converting landing pages.
Monitor quality, click through rates and conversion rates across all marketing channels.
Identify low performing ads and placements along with make changes necessary to maximize profit and volume. Adjust spending as necessary to maximize profit and lead volume.
Work closely with Regional Marketing manager and Marketing team to align placed KPI goals.
Analyze trend data across all target countries in the Arab Region . Provide regular reports to management about new competitors, to initiate changes in tactics.
Identify new tools and reports that need to be built to automate repetitive processes or gather more sophisticated analytics.
Well-versed in online marketing best practices and measurement.
Experience writing and optimizing ad copy and body content.
Social media & Search engine advertising skills and first hand knowledge know how, and previous ad execution.
Ensure the Wysada.com brand is well represented across all online channels (direct to consumer, social media, retailer partner websites).
Bachelor's degree required, marketing degree preferred. e-commerce experience a plus, or strong understanding of e-commerce direct to consumer and business.
Previous Blog creation and management preferred.
