Job Description:
Senior management consultant, with in-depth knowledge of the Product Costing processes and related SAP functionality Knowledge of SAP and the latest developments in SAP functionality is required; such as SAP ECC EPH5 minimum.
Minimum 7 years experiences in ECC COPC. With minimum 6 full implementation in multinational projects environment's and chemical Industry.
The job and the proficiencies required include, but are not limited to:
1. Working with the DQ team at the individual Affiliate level to improve the Product Costing methodology and data related to material Costing and Variances
a. Cleanse the BOM's, Routings, Activity Rates, Standard cost related to Individual Materials
b. Correct mappings of Valuation Classes and Profit Centers
c. Clarification and modification of the Month End Closing processes at Affiliates and integrated with Shared Services
2. Work on the long term solution for proper Joint Operations Production Agreement (JOPA) and Supply Contracts
a. Analyze, Design, and provide solution to the correct data structures employed - Product Cost Controllers (PCC), Cost Centers, Materials, and Allocations
b. Provide Solution for a Joint Post Closing Process for the Affiliate (production) companies within client system.
c. Understand the Material, production, and financial flows related to JOPA and Supply Agreements and document
3. Reporting issues concerning varying topics such as unification of Cost Allocations, Trading Partner alignment, and segregation of correct aligned Fixed and Variable Costs, along with management reporting at all levels of the organization considering the fact that reporting requirement at manufacturing affiliates may differ to the needs of HQ
4. Assure that proper documentation of processes, functionality, and necessary data is produced and transmitted through the client Business to promote a sustainable solution and improve functional knowledge within client staff
5. Support analysis and requests that are within the scope of the DQ Team for issues that arise during the rollout Phases of the initiative that may include discussions with appropriate client personnel, System Analysis, As-Is and To Be Design suggestion, and Presentation to Team and client members
6. Support in maintenance and development of DQ KPI's and work with already developed KPI's for effective measurement of enhancements made and highlight where improvements can be made
The DQ Team works across all areas of client and is required to be self-motivated and able to work individually or as part of a team. Team members are working at Corporate Head Quarters in Riyadh, at Affiliate sites, at Shared Services, or wherever deemed suitable to conduct the current scope of work.
1. Individuals must be SAP FICO certified with detailed knowledge of product costing both for repetitive and discrete manufacturing processes.
2. Must have prior data quality project experience in a large multi-national company.
3. Be self-motivated and able to promote change and be ready to work across cultural diversities.
4. Excellent knowledge of management reporting and be able to enhance current reporting practices within client.
Experiences:
Seven years of experience in SAP COPC, Material Ledger and COPA or SAP business process improvement, specifically in the areas of finance and/or controlling.
· SAP FI/CO Integration knowledge to other related SAP modules (SD, FI, PP, ML, PS, MM).
· Experience interacting with SAP BI team to define report and query specifications.
· Experience with project managed with Solution Manager
· Demonstrated track record of leadership and client management.
Languages
· Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills and consulting professionalism.
· Ability to travel.
