About Your Job:
The Senior Officer Crew Training Planning (Airbus & CC) is responsible for coordination of all flight crew and cabin crew-training activities. This role is essential to ongoing regulatory and company compliance. The SOCTP conducts analysis of various training resource scenarios, short-term and long-term planning and ongoing monitoring of training results and compliance. This role will require a high level of liaison and coordination with Flight and Cabin Crew management, HR, training resources and other Crew Resources staff.
About You:
To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 5 years airline experience in Flight Operations (Crew Training or similar area), with a relevant tertiary qualification. Proven ability to maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders. Experience coaching individuals and small teams is desirable. Planning and problem solving skills. Understanding of crew resource planning processes, theories and methodologies. Detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements (esp Check/Training compliance). Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills. Knowledge of crew resource management and training planning systems. English communication skills (written and spoken). Report writing skills.
