About Your Job:
In this role you, will be responsible for administration and support of specialised Fuel systems to meet business and user requirements. OSyS Fuel Management System and Airbus Flight Efficiency Management & Information System.
The Lead Officer Fuel Systems is the systems administrator for Fuel monitoring systems. Responsible to establish mechanisms to continuously provide all QR source data to the system vendors. Considering and recommending ways to improve the business through better utilization of systems. Coordinate outages for system maintenance and upgrades with IT, providers and all key users to minimise downtime and operational impact. Liaise with vendor on support matters and escalating as appropriate.Represent at conferences where required. Middleman with vendors and IT. Perform regular audits in order to ensure Data Quality. Collect and analyze user feedback.Escalate QR technical issues to IT department as appropriate. Escalate vendor system related issues to vendor as appropriate. Update users on status of system and reports bugs, errors, etc.
About You:
To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a fuel monitoring role, with a Bachelor's Degree qualification. Planning and problem solving skills. Understanding of Airlines operations and Fuel processes. Intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills. Programming skills. Knowledge of Airline Operation Manual is highly desirable. English communication skills (written and spoken). Report writing, technical writing and presentation skills.
