Senior Oracle Consultant - Functional Consultant / Business Analyst (FICO / SCM)
This position will serve as a Finance / Procurement / Logistics technical expert in the Business Transformation Program, implementing Oracle ERP - SCM and FICO modules.
The Oracle Functional Specialist is responsible for defining and documenting all business requirements, existing and new business processes and to ensuring that they are in-line with Oracle best practices.
This position will be responsible for setup and development of various requirements, customized reports and queries; troubleshooting, testing and implementing relevant processes. This position will also facilitate training and testing for end users.
Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

// Build relationships with departments to understand business requirements and propose functional solution and reports to address their needs
// Perform functional analyses, design and documentation following ERP implementation methodologies
// Recommend best operational practices, solutions and work around for complex business functions
// Coordinate with software vendor on how to enhance the system and solve critical issues
// Develop & Maintain Forms, Reports, Alerts, Workflow and other technical areas as needed to support department objectives.
// Specification and acceptance testing of new functionality, enhancements etc.
// Work with vendor and end users to develop Functional Test Cases and Functional testing of technical solutions
// Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and document test scenario for end to end testing
// Assist with preparing Training manuals and provide updated training as required on approved new processes.
// Provide training to end users from mentioned departments in the use Oracle modules and recommended processes
// Act as single point of contact and support for post go-live
// Evaluation (review and advice relevance), application and acceptance testing of patches and new releases.
// Execution of upgrades and implementations.
// System Administration & Security management.
// Liaison between IT and functional areas for technical requirements, including, but not limited to, follow-up of 'bug' solutions and service requests.
