Major Purpose of the Role:-
Responsible for products, stock distribution and management of warehouse
Key Responsibilities:-
•Maintain all beverage warehouse stocks safely and ensure all damaged, expired and returned stock is held in a separate area
•Maintain stock control system (Cardex) for all stock movements
•Monitor all expired / short date coded stock and advise management accordingly
•Analyze, investigate and correct any stock variances
•Manage stock due for destruction and product replacement and per Municipal regulations
•Manage all stock deliveries and returns from manufacturing of Saudi Arabia and UAE and complete the required documentation
•Verify all loads with VSR's in accordance with daily van loading sheets
•Liaise with sales personnel on daily stock requirements and ensure that correct stock is delivered to the customer
•Respond to customer queries and maximize customer satisfaction
•Deal with any complaints in a professional manner
•Ensure the safety and security of all company assets including and not limited to forklift trucks, pallet jacks, shrink-wrap machine etc.
•Ensure all equipment is maintained to a high standard and that all defective assets are reported immediately.
•Plan, delegate and manage all warehouse personnel including monitoring their work performance, providing feedback and coaching and development.
