Position holder will be responsible to identify business opportunities, develop and exert efforts with the objective to secure new contracts to the Company in the assigned territory and business lines as follows:
• Identify and update list of potential clients, establish strong contacts and meet them periodically. Potential clients are categorized as:
- Government
- Semi Government
- Private major investors (customers)
- Major international & local companies
- Major developers, Contractors and Consultants
• Identify potential projects.
• Collect pertinent commercial and technical information about potential projects and clients.
• Evaluate projects' data & identify projects having maximum chance to win.
• Recommend to the proposal team and to the management the suitable winning strategy for each project and participate in negotiations.
• Collect and analyze information about competitors and report to the management accordingly to check their company structure, projects in hand, projects under bidding and their competitiveness (price structure).
• Conduct market study and recommend potential collaboration with reputable local and international companies in the following fields as consortium, partnership or subcontract and coordinate with in-house team:
- Supplier of major equipment
- Engineering services
- Construction management services
- Specialty Construction
• Support the proposal team during bidding
• Follow up with the clients on the bid status and promote the company to a successful position and contract award.
• Build close relation with the decision makers to promote Bemco's interest and experience.
• Lead the preparation of business plan
• Update prequalification documents of the company and prequalify for potential projects with strategic and potential customers.
• Prepare introduction presentation about the company.
• Prepare and update Company Brochure and Prequalification documents of the company.
