Express Manager - Incoserv SAL (Offshore) Jun 7th 2013, 12:33 Company: Angoalissar part of webcorgroup www.angoalissar.com Duties: Planning and monitoring the storage, delivery and dispatch of orders; •Overseeing stock control and processing orders; •Fulfilling objectives and directions from the operation's headquarters; •Coordinating the use of automated and computerized systems; •Keeping stock control systems up to date; •Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; •Planning future capacity requirements; recommend items needing to be replenished to the sales Manager in a timely manner; •Upon receipt of goods in the warehouse, check contents vs. documents, verifying that the shipment has been received in full, Inspects shipments and reports any damaged/missing items; •Organizes goods and marks them with identifying codes; •Makes sure FIFO is applied; •Keeps inventory records current, periodically counting inventories to compare against the records. Maintains delivery and receiving logs; •Resolve any daily operation issue (transfers, returns, missing goods…) •Check at each month end if all returns and internal transfers were recorded in the system (Control and insure on time recording and filling); •Supervises loading and unloading of delivery trucks; •Responsible of cash van stock count and reconciliation •Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment; •Controlling all warehouse expenses, preparing petty cash report; •Organizing staff training, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress, motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met; •Maintaining standards of the health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
